1. Services

PandaRoads provides custom China travel planning and consulting services. Our fee covers professional itinerary design, booking coordination with local providers, and 24/7 English-language support during your trip.

Important: PandaRoads charges a one-time travel planning consultation fee only. We do not mark up or pre-collect hotel costs, meals, transport fares, attraction tickets, or any other on-ground expenses. All such costs are paid by you directly to the providers when you are in China. We clearly disclose what our service fee covers and what it does not at the point of purchase.

2. Planning Service

Your initial itinerary consultation is free. You are not required to book through us after receiving your custom plan. We only charge a service fee when you approve and confirm your itinerary.

3. Booking & Payment

3.1 Confirmation

Once you approve the proposed itinerary, we will send you a final confirmation with a detailed price breakdown showing our planning consultation fee separately from estimated on-ground costs (hotels, meals, transport, tickets — which you pay directly in China). Your booking is confirmed only after payment of our consultation fee is received.

3.2 Payment

Our consultation fee is processed securely via PayPal or other agreed payment methods. We do not collect payment for hotels, transport, tickets, or any third-party services — those are paid by you directly to providers.

3.3 Pricing

Our consultation fee is quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are valid for 14 days from the date of quotation, after which they may be subject to change.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

4.1 Full Refund (5+ Days)

You may cancel your trip up to 5 days before your scheduled departure date for a full refund of our planning consultation fee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to PandaRoads@outlook.com.

4.2 Late Cancellation (3-5 Days)

Cancellations made between 3 to 5 days before departure are subject to a 50% refund of our consultation fee.

4.3 Last-Minute Cancellation (Less Than 3 Days)

Cancellations made within 3 days of departure are not eligible for a refund, as we have already completed the majority of planning and coordination work.

4.4 On-Ground Costs

Since PandaRoads does not collect or pre-charge any hotel, meal, transport, or ticket costs, no refund is applicable for those items. You pay those directly to providers during your trip.

4.5 Trip Modification

Modifications to confirmed itineraries are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. We will notify you of any changes in cost before proceeding.

4.6 Force Majeure

PandaRoads is not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: natural disasters, government travel restrictions, pandemics, flight cancellations, or political unrest. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with rearrangements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including itineraries, guides, photographs, and text — is the property of PandaRoads and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if no resolution is reached, they shall be submitted to the courts in Beijing.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
