Payment security and buyer protection
Last updated: October 30, 2026 · Applies to every task booked through pandaroads.com
No payment before you approve
You receive an itemised quote first. Nothing is charged until you approve it in writing, and nothing is charged for a task we decline.
How money moves
Payments run through PayPal in USD, which carries PayPal's buyer protection. A card works without a PayPal account. We do not hold your money in a separate escrow account: PayPal is the payment layer, and its own terms decide what protection applies to a given payment.
Larger jobs are split
For multi-day or multi-stage work we bill by milestone: you approve each stage before the next one starts, so the amount at risk at any moment stays small.
Third-party costs
Government fees, notary fees, courier charges and transport are billed at cost and come back with receipts. They are never marked up.
What we never ask for
- Card numbers sent through chat or email.
- Payment in cryptocurrency, gift cards or to a personal account.
- Any payment before an itemised quote has been approved.
If there is a dispute
We keep the quote, your written approval, the delivery record and the receipts for every job. If a chargeback or PayPal dispute is opened, that record is what we submit. We would rather fix the problem directly: message us first and we will answer within one business day.
