PandaRoads started in 2020 as a travel planning service. The problem was obvious: English-speaking travelers were stuck between expensive tour packages and trying to do everything themselves in a language they don't read.

So we built itineraries the way we'd plan a trip for a friend who was visiting us, real routes, real prices, places we'd actually go ourselves. That's still how every plan gets made.

Over time, the same travelers started asking for something else: "Can you also just do things for us in China?" Check a supplier, verify a factory, find out what a product really costs on 1688. We're already here, so now we do that too. Remote requests are $99 each; on-site work is $239 a day.

Every inquiry is handled by a person based in China, in text on WhatsApp. Every report is built fresh for the request, real checks, real photos, sources you can verify.

Travel: You tell us dates and interests. We build a day-by-day plan with real prices, and stay on WhatsApp the whole trip. From $9.90.

On-the-ground: You send a request, a supplier check, a price verification, a document collection. We quote it, you approve, we do the work and send the report. $99 per request, $239 per day on-site.

Payments: Through PayPal, so buyer protection applies. No work starts before you approve a quote.
