How to Start (3 Steps)

Why a day rate beats an agency: sourcing agencies take 3-10% of your order or charge $500+ project fees. A day rate means you spend $129 to check one price and $239 to verify one factory, the same logic as hiring a freelance consultant instead of a full-time employee.
