What does every remote report include?
Four parts, every time: an English summary that answers your question in one paragraph, a data table with the raw findings, direct links to every source we used, and screenshots captured the day we did the work. Prices, dates, and contact details live in the table, not buried in prose. You can check every claim in minutes.

What exactly does an on-site visit verify?
Seven points, documented in order: business license on the wall, the physical premises, the production line, an interview with management, sample products, export or sales records, and cross-checks against public registration. Each point gets its own photo and a note on what we could and couldn't confirm.
1Business license check
We photograph the license displayed at the factory and record the company name, Unified Social Credit Code, and legal representative. Back at the desk we cross-check that code against GSXT, China's public business registry.
2Premises verification
The factory exists at the claimed address. We photograph the building exterior, entrance sign, and surrounding area so the location can't be confused with another site.
3Production line photos
Machines, workstations, and materials in motion. We capture enough detail to show what the factory actually makes, as opposed to what its sales page claims.
4Management interview
We talk with someone who runs the operation and note their role, years in the business, and answers to your technical questions in the report. Quotes are written down during the visit, not reconstructed afterward.
5Sample products
Physical samples are photographed with a recognizable reference for scale, and compared against the product photos the supplier sent you. Discrepancies go in the report.
6Export and sales records
Where visible, we record order books, shipping labels, or export documents. If the supplier claims to export but shows nothing, that gap is reported too.
7Cross-verification
What the factory told us is checked against public registration, online storefronts, and any records we can pull independently. Confirmed facts and contradictions are listed separately.
How fast will I receive my report?
Remote requests deliver within 2 business days from approval. On-site visits deliver the same day, with photos and notes sent as soon as we leave the site. Rush requests may be possible depending on workload, and we confirm timing before you approve the quote. What you approve is what we deliver against.

What language is the report written in?
Reports are written in English, full stop. All summaries, tables, and findings are in plain English, and any Chinese source material is translated in the table with the original shown next to it. Text communication happens on WhatsApp, where we reply in written English. We don't claim phone-level fluency we don't have.
Can I ask for changes after delivery?
Yes, one free revision round is included with every task. Tell us what's missing or unclear and we rework that section without extra charge. If you want new research on top of the delivered scope, that's quoted separately. The free round covers fixing the report, not expanding the project.
Wondering what happens when we can't confirm something?
It goes in the report as a finding. Unverified items appear in their own section with the reason: records unavailable, access refused, information contradicted. That practice is exactly what separates our work from the fake reports described in our guide to supplier scams, where fabricated evidence is the core trick. We'd rather show you a gap than hide it.
FAQ
What if a source in my report is in Chinese? Every Chinese source gets a translated line in the report's table, with the original text shown beside it so you can verify it yourself. Screenshots of the original page are attached as proof. We assume you read English, not Chinese, so nothing important is left untranslated or hidden behind a language you can't check.
Do you include raw screenshots or just summaries? Raw evidence, every time. Remote reports carry screenshots of the pages we checked, and on-site reports carry photos taken during the visit. Summaries make the findings readable; the attachments make them checkable. If a claim can't be backed by a file you can open, it doesn't go into the report.
What happens if you can't verify something? We write it down as a finding, not a guess. Unverified items are listed in their own section with the reason we couldn't check them: records unavailable, site refused access, information contradicted. You get an honest picture of what's proven and what's open. We don't pad reports with assumptions to look thorough.
How does the free revision round work exactly? After delivery, you get one round where you list what to fix: missing detail, unclear phrasing, a wrong link. We rework those points and return the updated report. The round doesn't cover brand-new research beyond the original scope, which we quote separately. Most fixes come back within 2 business days.
Can you deliver before my stated deadline? Sometimes, yes. If the sources are available and the workload allows, we can often beat a 2-business-day timeline, and we confirm the actual delivery date in writing when you approve the quote. On-site visits always deliver the same day. What we never do is promise a deadline we can't keep, so the date we confirm is the date we hit.
