1. Our Service
PandaRoads provides custom China travel planning services for English-speaking travelers. We create personalized itineraries, arrange accommodations, transportation, and local experiences based on your preferences.
We are not a traditional tour group operator. Every trip is customized and private.
2. Inquiry & Booking Process
2.1 Travel Planning Fee (Discovery Plan — $29)
This is a one-time planning fee that covers:
- Personalized itinerary design based on your preferences
- Curated hotel and restaurant recommendations
- Transportation planning and booking assistance
- One revision round to adjust the plan
This fee is non-refundable as it covers actual work performed by our travel designers.
2.2 Full Plan Unlock ($69)
After you review the initial proposal, paying the $69 unlock fee gives you:
- Full access to the complete, detailed itinerary
- All hotel booking details and direct contact information
- Restaurant reservations and confirmation assistance
- 24/7 support hotline access during your trip
2.3 Premium Plan ($149)
Our all-inclusive package includes everything above plus:
- All hotel and train tickets pre-booked on your behalf
- Airport pickup and private transfers arranged
- Dedicated trip manager from arrival to departure
- 7-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee
3. Payments & Fees
- All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe (credit/debit cards accepted).
- Final trip costs (hotels, trains, activities) are separate from planning fees and will be quoted individually.
- We do not store your credit card information. All payments are processed by Stripe.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Discovery Plan ($29): Non-refundable once the initial proposal is delivered.
- Full Plan Unlock ($69): Refundable within 48 hours if no bookings have been made on your behalf.
- Premium Plan ($149): 7-day no-questions-asked refund if you are not satisfied, provided no third-party bookings have been confirmed.
- Third-party booking fees (hotels, trains, flights) are subject to each provider's cancellation policy.
5. Travel Insurance
⚠️ Travel insurance is strongly recommended. PandaRoads is not responsible for costs arising from trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or travel delays.
We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses and trip interruption for travel in China.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
- PandaRoads acts as a travel planning and booking facilitator. We are not liable for the actions of third-party providers (hotels, airlines, local guides).
- We make every effort to ensure accuracy of information, but are not responsible for errors or changes made by third parties.
- Total liability is limited to the amount of planning fees paid to PandaRoads.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions) are beyond our control and do not qualify for refund of third-party costs.
7. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.
- You are responsible for obtaining any required visas for China.
- You agree to provide accurate information when submitting inquiries and booking requests.
- You agree to respectful communication with our team and local service providers.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, itineraries, logos) is the property of PandaRoads and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Custom itineraries created for you are for your personal use only and may not be resold or shared commercially.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction, e.g., Hong Kong SAR]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [your jurisdiction].
For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
