Headcount on the floor during working hours.
Warehouse and raw material levels, pre-shipment cartons, and any client brand labels on staged pallets.

Step 3: equipment and quality control

In-house test equipment such as salt spray chambers, drop testers, temperature chambers and aging racks.
Internal QC logs and outgoing inspection paperwork.

Step 4: red flags

Signs that production is quietly subcontracted to a lower-tier workshop.
Basic safety and facility standards.

Evidence and deliverables

Field visits are reported the same business day.

Written inspection report (PDF): a structured English document covering entity legitimacy, operating scale, machinery status, red flags found and a risk rating of low, medium or high.
